More than just CrossFit, we are a FAMILY!
Here at CrossFit Strode Station, we take pride in our members and want them to feel like they are part of something bigger. They are more than just another “membership” to us. At CFSS, we have members from all walks of life, all skill levels, all ages. We focus on each individual’s needs and abilities within a group setting.
During a typical week in the gym, we will work on major lifts (squat, deadlift, press) and Olympic lifts (bench, snatch, clean & jerk). Along with these lifts we incorporate General Physical Preparedness(GPP) to eliminate weaknesses and improve your movement quality and level of fitness. It isn’t always about being stronger but wanting to live a healthier, longer life. We want to set each person that walks through our gym doors up to achieve their goals!
Whether you are simply wanting to get back in shape or play with your kids, you are intimidated by the barbell or actively participating in sports, we have classes that reach each need and skill level.
