Get comfortable, being uncomfortable. 

There will always be a point in workout and sometimes in life where you start to get uncomfortable, due to you pushing yourself to a limit that you don’t reach on a regular basis and this is when the thought of “resting, or taking a break” creeps into your thought process. This is where you have to make the decision, “Am I willing to push myself past what I THINK I can do, or do you rest?” Think about the times you’ve pushed yourself past what you thought was possible. I’m sure looking back at those times you feel a sense of pride and accomplishment, because you know the effort it took to get past that uncomfortable feeling.
