Are you recovering or are you just taking “rest days”? Many of us don’t know the difference between the two when we first start exercising/training.
Hard work is great, but it doesn’t do much good if we are just running ourselves into the ground. Think about your car, you can’t drive it forever without putting some gas in it, an oil change every now and then and maybe a new set of tires on occasion. Your body is the same. Take care of it.
