Soooo…. how many of you are intimidated with CrossFit? Hate the idea of training with weights?
Well you are in luck! Over the course of the next two weeks we are going to develop a kettlebell boot camp class. No barbells! Just high intensity training with kettlebells, medicine balls, sleds and other functional movement. Classes will start 4/17. Classes will run Monday- Thursday. We know we will have an evening class at 7pm.
We need some help with the morning. What time would work the best.
