What’s new at CFSS

Back from Vacation! Rested, relaxed, recharged and ready to get back at it.   

We have a lot going on around CFSS. So let me give you a little rundown. We are wrapping up our 8 week summer programs at the end of this month. We have had great kids and seeing tons of improvement! At the end of July we will be back to our Monthly sessions 

M/W 6pm Sat 10am


T/ Th 5pm Sat 10am 

– we are starting to take names 

– Only 12 kids per group. 

If you have not heard we have added Bootcamp classes for those who are intimidated by CrossFit and lifting weights. Classes are M-TH 9:30am & 7pm.  
We now have a yoga class on Sunday nights 6pm

We have people training for all kinds of events using our programs. We do not have a one size fits all approach and we customize our program to meet the needs of the individual.

-General Fitness/ Weight
