Youth Strength and Conditioning

What is Youth Strength and Conditioning? 

The program will develop the youth’s strength and conditioning skills for any sport. The program will consist of skills such as agility, strength, speed and power. Focusing on the development of proper movement patterns in order to decrease risk of injuries. We will achieve this by running, throwing, lifting and sprinting.


Who can participate?

Any youth ages 12-18 can join us!


Begins at the start of each month.

Monday, Wednesday 5pm and Saturday 10am

Tuesday 6pm-7pm




$120 per month

2013 and 2014 3A state championship game MVP, Border Bowl Offensive POG, 2013 and 2014 Pike County Bowl MVP, Bluegrass Game Invitee, 1st Team All-State LB.
